8' Shipping Container Banner Frame

Maximise impact on even the smallest sides of your container with this 8ft banner frame system, designed to mount securely to the short end of a standard shipping container. Perfect for creating an 8x8 container banner frame, this kit is ideal for use at events, festivals, construction sites, and temporary retail or hospitality spaces.

The system uses heavy-duty 48.3mm scaffold tubes and Domino Clamps to mount the banner frame to the container’s corner castings—no drilling required. Designed for simplicity and durability, this 8ft shipping container banner frame also allows flexibility in positioning and spacing, with optional spigot extension if you prefer your banner to sit further from the container.

Installation is quick and straightforward. Begin by attaching Domino Clamps to the four corner castings on the container’s short face. Connect the horizontal perpendicular tube clamps using M12x30 set screws and washers, positioning them using the top holes on the lower clamps and bottom holes on the upper clamps for a square fit.

Build your banner frame on the ground using the two vertical and two horizontal scaffold tubes, joined with 3-way tube clamps. Insert four short 14cm spigots (or longer if preferred) into the right-angle clamps. With assistance, tilt the frame upright and insert the spigots into the mounted clamps. Tighten all grub screws securely using an 8mm hex key.

Once upright, attach your banner using rope, bungees, or your preferred method. This 8ft outdoor banner frame also fits the side of an 8ft container and can be adapted for 10ft containers.
