20ft Raised Banner Frame System for Shipping Containers – Full Kit
This raised 20ft banner frame for shipping containers provides a powerful way to increase banner visibility at height, making it ideal for outdoor events, festivals, construction sites, and mobile business branding. Designed to raise your signage well above the container roofline—up to a maximum of 6 metres—this elevated container banner frame is a flexible and modular system that allows you to set both the height and shape of your banner display.
The kit builds on the proven design of our standard 20ft banner frame system but introduces additional vertical components and ground supports for added height and rigidity. You can adjust the position of the bottom horizontal tube to create a taller banner area or align your graphic perfectly for the space.
Installation is straightforward and can be customised depending on your setup. Begin by attaching Domino Clamps to the four corner castings on the long face of the container. Use M12x30 set screws and washers to connect unbored vertical tube clamps to the bottom clamps. Assemble the main frame on the ground with the vertical and horizontal scaffold tubes, remembering to position the T-section clamps and cross sections before lifting.
With help, tilt the full frame upright and insert the verticals into the lower clamps. Then fix the upper bored clamps to the top Domino Clamps. Next, insert the vertical banner support tubes from the top of the container and make sure all grub screws are tightly secured.
To prevent sagging and maintain tension, you’ll need to measure and install two vertical ground supports using floor mounting clamps. These may be bolted to the ground using suitable fixings for maximum stability.
